DIRECTORATE OF ADMINISTRATION
The Administration Department is basically concerned with Staff matters which include staff recruitment, development and redeployment as well as staff displinary matters. iIt also assists the Medical Director in translating the policies made by the Board of Management into reality. It is headed by an Assistant Director who oversees the affairs of the following units:

- Pension Desk Unit
- Planning, Research and Statistics
- Procurement Unit
Other Departments and Units
The Head of Administration also serves as the Secretary to the Board of Management and advises Management on matters relating to staff appointment, promotion and discipline.
By and large, therefore, the Administration department is the engine room of every organization as it is concerned with making sure that right calibre of staff are employed, trained, re-trained and retained. It also coordinates the working of other non-clinical departments and units in order to achieve, maintain and sustain the goals of the Centre which are provisions of wide variety of healthcare services, training and research.
