CLINICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
The Directorate of Clinical Services is headed by the Head of Clinical Services and Training (HCS & T) and a Deputy (DHCS) as an assistant.
The Head of Clinical Services and Training reports to the Medical Director and Top Management Committee (TMC). Other Administrative staff under the directorate includes Admin Officers, Confidential Secretaries, Executive Officers and Clerks.
The Head of Clinical Services and Training chairs a lot Management Committees.
The office is also responsible for supervising all Departments/Units in the Centre, responsible for the provision of Clinical Services to clients (both In-Patients and Out-Patients) and ensuring strengthening of health management, improving human resources and capacity building in health services.
